Rooms were clean, freshly updated, no grody carpet, nice wood vinyl floors, the water in the shower was super hot, staff was accommodating and the hotel was literally right next door to Homosassa Springs State Park. I also appreciated not having to get in the car to find drinks as 7-11 was in the parking lot. A good destination for anyone visiting the area.

The renovations and new ownership are great, the staff from the front office Valarie, to the house keepers, especially Tiffany! I love the little notes she leaves. Great job Rhodeway!!

Stayed many times! Always a great stay! Great resturant/bar downstairs. Tangi was amazing at helping us check in when I reserved for wrong date. Great little place!

Its been a couple months... I just wanted to say the staff and front desk were so amazing and understanding!!! I believe it was Valerie... Give this woke a raise. She is awesome!! Oh rooms we're being worked on, and they moved us just to make us happy.Because one was older than the other. Pools is gorgeous and great restaurant!!

My husband and 2 kids stayed for 3 weeks, from Pennsylvania. These are the noteworthy things I noticed. The rooms were very nice, spacious, clean and the ac was amazing. There's everything you need within walking distance, I clouding a restaurant on site, and a 7/11 in a shared parking lot. Front desk lady Valerie was absolutely amazing, and helpful! The grounds are maintained nicely. I would give housekeeping 20 stars if I could! Shout out to TIFFANY IN HOUSEKEEPING!! (And to those who helped on days she wasn't available as well) I watched in those 3 weeks this girl work almost daily, always smiling, she was such a bright light to our trip! My children began looking forward to her daily rounds, or would let out a slight sigh when the cart was being pushed by someone else lol. I'm going to be honest, it was scary staying somewhere so far from home, knowing nobody but my immediate family, but Tiffany gave us such a sense of security and feeling of "home" I guess you could say. I guess that's the SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY yous talk about. She answered my one million questions, tended to my MANY towel exchanges, and toilet paper replacements, ALWAYS with a smile! I find our family to be the needy guest sometimes, but she seriously never even complained, frowned or snapped at any request we gave her. Honestly 10/10 for work ethic and personality. Because she didn't know my family from a can of paint, yet she far surpassed any expectations we had, and went far beyond to ensure we were content. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying again, and we pray Tiffany is there to keep this a tradition 😆 But a million thanks Rodeway inn, at ensuring we had an amazing vacation and experience here in Florida.

The staff and service was impeccable. From Valerie to Marcus, Tanya, Tiffany and everyone else! I spent about 2 weeks there and didn't want to leave. I was well respected and appreciated as a guest. The prices are affordable and the rooms are very clean. I highly recommend this. However, don't bring any dogs into your room when you're not supposed to have them, they'll handle you with a swiftness. And the squirrels in the courtyard pool area love Chili Cheese Fritos! They'll take them right out of your hand! Great experience!
